Class Content
HIIT Fusion is a workout style that combines High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with other exercise disciplines like Pilates, yoga, or strength training. This fusion approach aims to maximize the benefits of both HIIT and the complementary exercise, providing a well-rounded workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance. HIIT workouts will be 45 minutes in duration. Despite how short the workout is, it can produce health benefits similiar to twice as much moderate-intensity exercise. The specific amount of time you exercise and recover will vary based on the activity you choose and how intensely you are exercising. HIIT not only provides the benefits of longer-duration exercise in a much shorter amount of time but also may provide some unique health benefits.
